1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
  • Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (as shown at checkout)

3. International Shipping (KSA & UAE)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

5. Delays Aesta Smart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays).

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@aestasmart.com
